User Registration Agreement

Welcome to register for and use the services of [Beijing QZ Technology Co., Ltd.] (hereinafter the "Platform")!

This [Beijing QZ Technology Co., Ltd.] User Registration Agreement (hereinafter this "Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter the "User" or "you") and [Beijing QZ Technology Co., Ltd.] (hereinafter "we" or "us") regarding your registration, login and use of the Platform's services.

Please read and fully understand all terms of this Agreement, in particular those concerning your rights and obligations, our responsibilities and dispute resolution. By clicking "Agree" or otherwise confirming acceptance of this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by it. If you do not agree to any term of this Agreement, please immediately stop registering for or using the Platform's services.

1. Account Registration and Use

Eligibility: You shall be a natural person, legal entity or other organization with full capacity for civil conduct. If you do not meet the above requirement, please read this Agreement accompanied by your guardian or legal representative and obtain their consent.
Account registration: You may create your user account through the registration methods provided by the Platform (e.g. mobile number, email). You undertake that the registration information you provide is true, accurate, complete and updated in a timely manner; otherwise you bear the resulting liability.
Account security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password and for all activities conducted under your account. Do not disclose your account information to any third party. If your account is misused or your information is leaked due to improper safekeeping, you bear the resulting losses.
Account use: You agree to use the Platform's services in accordance with this Agreement and the relevant rules published by the Platform. You must not use the Platform for any illegal, non-compliant or infringing activity.
Account cancellation: You have the right to apply to cancel your account through the process provided by the Platform. After cancellation you will no longer be able to log in or use the Platform's services with that account, and the related data under that account may be deleted or anonymized, except as otherwise required by laws and regulations.

2. Service Content

The specific service content is subject to what the Platform actually provides. We may adjust, change or terminate the service content according to actual circumstances and may notify you by announcement or other means.

3. User Conduct

When using the Platform's services, you shall comply with the following rules of conduct:

Comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and the terms of this Agreement.
Not use the Platform to endanger national security, leak state secrets, subvert state power or undermine national unity.
Not use the Platform to spread rumors, disrupt public order or undermine social stability.
Not use the Platform to disseminate obscene, pornographic, violent or terrorist content, or content that incites crime.
Not infringe the intellectual property, reputation, privacy, trade secrets or other lawful rights of others.
Not engage in any conduct that harms the Platform's network security, system stability or normal operation, including but not limited to malicious attacks and virus distribution.
Not engage in any unauthorized promotion such as commercial advertising or spam.
Not impersonate others or fabricate facts to deceive or mislead.
Not engage in any other conduct that violates laws and regulations, this Agreement or the Platform's rules.

If you violate the above rules of conduct, we have the right to take measures such as warning, restricting functions, suspending or terminating services, or canceling the account depending on the severity, and reserve the right to pursue legal liability.

4. Intellectual Property

The intellectual property of all content involved in the Platform and related services (except content uploaded and published by users), including text, images, audio, video, software, technology and design, belongs to us or the relevant rights holders and is protected by law. Without the written permission of us or the relevant rights holders, you may not copy, modify, disseminate, distribute, transfer, license or develop it in any form.
For content you upload or publish through the Platform, you warrant that you hold the corresponding lawful rights. You agree to grant us a worldwide, free, non-exclusive, transferable and sub-licensable right to display, promote and use such content on the Platform and related channels, unless otherwise agreed by you.
You must not infringe the intellectual property of the Platform or other users. If your infringement of intellectual property causes losses to the Platform or others, you shall bear the corresponding legal liability.

5. Disclaimer

The services provided by the Platform are provided on the basis of existing technology and conditions. We will do our best to provide safe and stable services, but cannot guarantee that the services will never be interrupted, delayed or erroneous, or will fully meet all your needs under any circumstances.
We assume no liability for service interruption or obstruction caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, network failures or government actions), but will do our best to take measures to reduce the resulting losses to you.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or conduct of such third-party websites or services. You should make your own judgment and bear the risks arising from accessing or using third-party websites or services.
Information published by users on the Platform represents only their personal views and does not represent the Platform's position or views; users shall be responsible for the information they publish.
To the extent permitted by law, we assume no liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from this Agreement or the use of the Platform's services.

6. Amendment and Termination of the Agreement

We may revise this Agreement from time to time in light of business development or changes in laws and regulations. We will notify you before the revised agreement takes effect by publishing an announcement on the Platform, sending a notice or other appropriate means. Please review the latest User Registration Agreement regularly. Your continued use of the Platform's services indicates your agreement to the revised agreement.
We have the right to terminate this Agreement at any time and stop providing services to you, without any liability, in any of the following circumstances:
- You violate any term of this Agreement.
- Requirements of laws, regulations or regulatory authorities.
- To protect the lawful rights of the Platform and other users.
- Other circumstances in which we consider it necessary to terminate the service.
After termination of this Agreement, unless otherwise agreed or required by laws and regulations, you will no longer be able to continue using the Platform's services, and your account and related data on the Platform may be deleted or anonymized.

7. Dispute Resolution

The conclusion, performance and interpretation of this Agreement and the resolution of disputes are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If any dispute arises between you and us over the interpretation or performance of this Agreement, it shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction at [the location of our company].

8. Miscellaneous

The headings of this Agreement are for ease of reading only and do not affect the meaning or interpretation of any term.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any term of this Agreement does not affect the validity of the other terms.
We have the right to interpret this Agreement to the extent permitted by law.
