User Information Privacy Service Agreement

Welcome to use the products and/or services of [Beijing QZ Technology Co., Ltd.] (hereinafter "we" or "us")!

We are well aware of the importance of personal information to you and will do our utmost to protect the security of your user information. This User Information Privacy Service Agreement (hereinafter this "Agreement") is intended to explain our policies and practices regarding the collection, use, storage, sharing, transfer and disclosure of your user information.

Please read and fully understand all terms of this Agreement, in particular those concerning your rights, our responsibilities and dispute resolution. By starting to use our products and/or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to accept all of the contents of this Agreement.

  2. Storage period: We retain your user information only for the reasonable period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Agreement, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations. After the retention period, we will delete or anonymize your user information.

4. How We Share, Transfer and Disclose Your User Information

  1. Sharing: We may share your user information with third parties in the following circumstances:

    • Affiliates: To provide you with more comprehensive services, we may share your user information with our affiliates.
    • Partners: To implement specific features or provide services, we may share necessary user information with business partners such as payment service providers and logistics service providers. We will require partners to take appropriate confidentiality measures to protect your information.
    • Legal and regulatory requirements: We may need to share your user information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, regulatory requirements, court judgments or other legal procedures.

5. How We Protect Your User Information

  2. Establishing sound security management systems and internal control processes, and strictly managing and training personnel who may have access to your information.

  4. Regularly conducting security vulnerability scans and risk assessments to detect and address security risks in a timely manner.
  5. Establishing a sound emergency response mechanism to take prompt measures in the event of a security incident and protect your rights to the greatest extent.

Please understand that although we have taken the above and other reasonable security measures, the internet is not an absolutely secure environment, and we cannot guarantee that your user information will never be subject to unauthorized access, use, disclosure, modification, damage or loss under any circumstances.

6. Your Rights

Under applicable laws and regulations, you may have the following rights:

  1. Access your user information: You have the right to access the user information we hold about you, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.
  2. Correct your user information: If you find that the user information we process about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request that we correct it.
  3. Delete your user information: In certain circumstances you have the right to request that we delete your user information, for example when we no longer need it to achieve the purpose of collection, or when you withdraw consent.

7. Protection of Minors

We attach great importance to the protection of minors' information. Our products and/or services are primarily aimed at enterprise users, and we do not actively collect personal information of minors. If we collect personal information of a minor without knowledge, we will take measures to delete it as soon as possible.

8. Updates to This Agreement

We may revise this Agreement from time to time in light of business development or changes in laws and regulations. We will notify you before the revised agreement takes effect by website announcement, pop-up notice or other appropriate means.
